What is a Health Coach and why would you want one?
These are great and important questions to ask! Health coaching is such a growing field these days as people are starting to recognize that how we take care of ourselves, inside and out, can make the greatest impact to our life, health and wellbeing. Our world is starting to recognize that a lot of our chronic health issues and diseases are "lifestyle" issues and in many cases, preventable. I believe that many of us want to be "healthier" and to make positive changes to our health and life, but most people don't know where to begin, what to do and how to make lasting changes. This is where a health coach can help! Health coaches are like having your own personal trainer and guide for getting healthy and well!

They will also help you sort through all of the information out there and make it a simpler and easier process. Finally, they will go deeper with you and provide compassion and support as you experience real change and growth in your life. Life is too short to not live WELL!
